Talifend started with a simple idea: help friends run their businesses better by keeping work, records, and transactions connected in one place.
Why we built it
Talifend was created to keep the moving parts of a business connected, so people are not switching between email, folders, spreadsheets, and paper files just to understand what is going on.
How Talifend Started
Talifend started with something simple: friends helping friends run their businesses better.
We worked with entrepreneur friends in the United States and the Philippines who were dealing with the same problems. Invoices and bills were moving through email. Files were scattered across cloud storage, computers, mobile devices, and filing cabinets. Records were hard to piece together when year-end tax time arrived.
We kept asking the same question: what if businesses could keep everything organized as they operated, instead of trying to sort it all out later?
A Simple Idea That Kept Growing
The first idea was not an accounting platform. It was a way to organize invoices, bills, transactions, and the documents connected to them while the business was still running.
As we worked on that problem, we saw something bigger. Businesses were not only struggling with financial records. Customer data, vendor records, employee information, schedules, service activity, documents, and payments were all spread across different tools.
That is when the idea became bigger than recordkeeping. It became about organizing the business itself.
What Talifend Is Today
Talifend is a business management platform designed to bring everyday operations into one connected workspace.
Businesses can manage clients, vendors, employees, transactions, invoices, bills, payments, deposits, documents, service requests, schedules, and other operational information within the platform.
Documents can be attached directly to records instead of being buried in inboxes or unrelated folders. Users can securely upload and access files from different devices, and they can email or share records as part of their daily workflow.
AI Is Already Part of Talifend
AI is not just a future idea for Talifend. It is already part of the platform today.
Users can use AI to help search, analyze, and understand their day-to-day business information. The goal is to make information easier to find and easier to understand without removing control from the business owner.
Talifend also includes AI access controls so businesses can decide what information they are comfortable exposing to AI-powered features.
We currently do not envision AI independently creating transactions, modifying records, deleting information, making payments, or taking other business actions on behalf of the user.
Where We Want to Go Next
One of our major future goals is integrated payment processing so businesses can accept payments directly through Talifend and keep those payments connected to the transactions that created them.
We also want to make AI more natural to use, including voice interaction, so business owners can ask questions and quickly understand what is happening across the company.
Our focus is still the same: help businesses manage the complete operational process around the transaction, not just the transaction itself.
